Call for Papers

All the accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book and a copy of it will be supplied to all the participants on the day of the Conference. Only peer-reviewed accepted full-length papers will be published in the Proceedings ‘Lecture notes in Network and Systems’ which will be indexed in many leading databases. All the submitted manuscripts will go through a plagiarism check before technical review. Topics for MMCITRE2025 include, but are not limited, to the following:

Research Papers in other fields having mathematical contents are also welcomed.

The participants who want to submit Abstract and not to go for full paper submission, can submit their Abstract by 30th October 2025.

The authors should submit their Original Manuscripts in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) format on the link given above.

Submission guidelines:

  • Papers should be in English.
  • It is preferable for research papers to have a minimum length of 10 and not more than 12 pages.
  • Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
  • Similarity with previously published work should be less than 10%

Submission Deadlines:

  • Full paper submission: 30th October 2025
  • Abstract Submission (For presenter only): 30th October 2025
  • Note:Those who wants to submit an abstract only and not full-length paper.

Acceptance Notification:

  • Acceptance of full length paper: 5th November 2025
  • Acceptance of Abstract (For presenter only): 5th November 2025
  • Note: Early Registration for Conference till 15th November 2025




Publications

Conference Proceedings:

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will be published in a book of proceedings by Springer in its book series ‘Lecture notes in Network and Systems’. The proceedings will be indexed in major databases including the Web of Science and Scopus.



Journal Publications (Post Conference)

  1. Mathematics and Statistics (Scopus, Google Scholar, etc.)
  2. Journal of Structural Integrity and Life (Scopus, ESCI, Google Scholar, etc.)
  3. Inquietud Empresarial (ESCI, Google Scholar, etc.)

Note:

  • Authors have to pay the publication charges as per the Journal policy.
  • The submitted paper on the application of AI/ML in tribology and surface engineering will be encouraged to submit in the Industrial, Lubrication and Tribology Journal (Emerald Publication, Q3, SCIE/Scopus, IF-1.8) - No APC





  • Call for Symposia

    Persons interested in organizing symposia in their areas of expertise are invited to submit proposals in MS word by email to the official email address of the conference mmcitare@gmail.com

    The proposal should include the following informations:

    1. Title: Propose a title of the Symposia / Special session.
    2. Abstract: Introduce a brief abstract of no more than 200 words that will allow conference attendees to understand the topic and the focus of the symposia/special session.
    3. Organizers: Provide a list of organizers with their affiliations and contact details.
    Note:
    1. It is expected that the Symposia/ Special session organizers shall independently be able to arrange a minimum of six presentations.
    2. One of the Symposia/ Special session organizer will get a 20% discount on the standard registration fee.
    3. The certificate will be provided to all the Special session Organizers.
